Serviced Apartment Review: Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison

Last week, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison opened its (very stylish) doors launching 30 luxuriously sophisticated and perfectly themed serviced apartments in Kensington.

We were invited over for a private showaround to take a closer look at all the carefully executed design details and high-end furnishings in this beautifully restored property.

Cheval Collection, the parent company behind the brand, is synonymous for their luxury and high-end apartment experiences with several properties in London (Knightsbridge, Kensington & Tower Bridge) and some newly launched locations in Edinburgh.

The apartments lie within a handsome period building with the iconic white columned façade oozing with character right across from Lexham Gardens square.

It is a quiet location just moments away from the bustling main A4 road and Gloucester Road station.

The guest lounge is beautifully presented and a quiet space away from the main reception where guests can relax or help themselves to a hot drink.

The digital hands-free temperature checker at the entrance is discreet and in place for your safety.

The reception is welcoming with a 24 hour concierge, smart décor, safety screens and hand sanitiser.

There is a lift to all six floors.

This apartment shows off the "British Racing Green" with design details like the checked curtains, track inspired wall paper pattern and rugs, art work and even light features.

The custom-made chandeliers should not go unnoticed.

This in-built coffee machine really caught our attention. It can be connected via WiFi too!

You've got all the kitchen mod-cons you could need.

Bosch 4 ring induction hobs come ready to cook up a storm.

You also have your very own washer/dryer within the apartment.

Cupboards are stocked with cutlery and crockery.

Bosch slimline dishwashers are neatly integrated within the kitchen.

The large TVs pass the mark with Chromecast.

The apartments are fully air-conditioned. A very desirable (and not so common) amenity to have in a London apartment.

The toilets features high-tech Japanese toilet seats with a remote control on the wall to control the heat and shower functions.

Luxury waffle-knit bathrobes come as standard.

Large king size beds with fluffy pillows, soft duvets and custom fitted bed-side tables with plug points are in the bedroom.

This apartment showcases the bold and opulent "Royal Red" theme with classy velvets and marble finishes.

Little niche window seats in the kitchen are a great space to have a quick bite.

Kitchens have been designed with exceptional attention to detail and feature top-of-the-range-appliances from premium brands.

Large showers and well stocked luxury toiletries at your disposal.

This apartment is designed in the "Equestrian" theme with imagery of horse racing and plaid throughout the interiors

Plenty of wardrobe space and draws for storage.

Little extras that you would expect in a hotel like an in-room safe, iron, shoe horn, umbrella.

Some apartments open out onto the private gardens at the back of the building and have easy access to the gym (which wasn't completed at the time)

A big thank you to Angelica and the team at Cheval Collection for having us over. We look forward to having our clients experience the 5 star living experience on offer here.
