According to co-founder Damien Marty, "Our process is really simple: we display our menu in the rooms. The guests place their order to the reception, as they would with any room service. We process the order in our kitchen where the chef cooks the meal and sends it with one of our waiters directly to the guest. And all this in only 45 minutes!".

So, what sets them apart from other food delivery services in London? "Most delivery services tend to only do fast-food meals.", says co-founder Nicolas Frison. "We work with our chef to develop a menu which resembles to what you could eat in a little café or a bistro. When you are too tired to go out to find something to eat, we offer you a nice and comforting food. Moreover, our drivers are experienced waiters from 4 and 5 stars hotels. They will deliver the food in the guest’s room, where they will introduce the meal the way a maître d’ would".

Moreover, the culture is very different here. When we meet managers and corporate teams of big hotel chains, they look at us – young entrepreneurs setting up a business for the first time – and try to help us.
