The British Museum (free - 5,575,946 visitors) and the Tower of London (paid - 2,444,296 visitors) come out on top with the Tate Modern (free - 5,316,688 visitors), St. Paul's Cathedral (paid - 1,789, 974 visitors) and the National Gallery (free - 5,163,902 visitors) not far behind.
