Exhibition Centres in London

As London is a center of international trade and finance with great international links and a thriving scene of growing businesses, it's no wonder that many of those who book our London serviced apartments are business clients. In fact, many travel especially to the capital to head to one of the many trade exhibitions that are located in London.

Whilst there is a large range of venues; with their huge capacities, great public transport links and state of the art equipment, these three spaces are where our clients most often end up heading:

1. ExCel London

Sitting just outside central London on the Royal Victoria Dock, ExCel London is the largest of all the exhibition centres in London. Its large amount of space makes it the UK's most flexible event space and it regularly hosts a diverse range of events from conferences to product launches and award ceremonies.

The venue also proudly holds the UK's largest fully-flexible auditorium which can hold 5,000 delegates as well as the title of London's largest banqueting hall which can hold 3,000.

As well as enjoying a waterfront location, the site has two DLR stations and is only 5 minutes away from London City airport. The action doesn't have to stop after the end of the exhibition either with numerous on-site bars and restaurants as well as easy accessibility to tourist attractions, such as the O2, Trinity Buoy Wharf and Greenwich Market.

Top events:
  • World Travel Market
  • Professional Lighting and Sound Association Show
  • Property Investor Show

Nearest Tube - Prince Regent (DLR) / Custom House (DLR)

2. Earls Court

The two Earls Court venues enjoy a convenient location in the midst of the luxurious area of Kensington and Chelsea. Close to both Earl's Court and West Brompton stations, the venue's easy transport links makes it very popular with conference leaders.

Earls Court One and Earls Court Two have a combined space of 60,000 square metres making it the biggest venue of its kind in central London. The space is well-known due to it previously hosting the Brit Awards and Olympic Games. However, its purpose-built conference centre and party space make it a great venue for corporate events, conferences and live events as well.

Outside of the space, there's a wealth of great bars and restaurants to keep you entertained as well as visitor hot spots, such as the Hammersmith Apollo, Natural History Museum and Science Museum.

Top events:
  • Infosecurity Europe
  • Retail Business Technology Expo
  • LuxLive

Nearest Tube - Earl's Court (Piccadilly & District) / West Brompton (Overground & District)

3. Olympia

As the only venue in London with a dedicated rail station and five further underground stations only a short walk away, Olympia is easily accessible wherever you're staying in London.

The venue has 7 different spaces making it ideal for a variety of events, whether you prefer the large capacity and drama of the Victorian, barrel-vaulted roof Olympia Grand or feel that the smaller Pillar Hall would be more fitting.

The unique atmosphere and style of the various spaces make it an unforgettable setting for events and conferences. There's also plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as Westfield Shopping Centre nearby for some post-exhibition relaxing.
