The British Museum in London

The British Museum is one of the top London attractions and features thousands of exhibits from around the world and from many different periods and cultures. Recently it turned the spotlight on India hosting a number of events and activities related to the India Landscape and Garden and Cosmos: The Royal Paintings of Jodhpur exhibitions held at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Located in a stunning classical building, the architecture itself is enough of a reason to visit this museum as the interior courtyard is a sight to behold (see above). The museum regularly features exclusive visiting exhibitions but even its permanent collections are equally impressive and widely appreciated. If you are staying in a Bloomsbury serviced apartment or in the West End area, be sure to make a trip to the British Museum.
